SkyBlue Transport – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may receive a full or partial refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

3. Delays & Waiting Time
Clients are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time. A grace period may be provided. Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.

4. Flight Delays (Airport Pickups)
We monitor flight arrivals; however, clients must inform us of any changes. Extended delays may result in additional charges.

5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. SkyBlue Transport is not liable for lost or damaged items.

6. Vehicle Use & Conduct
No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is allowed inside the vehicle. The driver reserves the right to terminate the service if safety is compromised.

7. Damage to Vehicle
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service and will be charged accordingly.

8. Safety & Liability
We prioritize safety and punctuality. However, SkyBlue Transport is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to safety or violates these terms.

10. Cleaning Fee (Liquids & Biohazard)
Any spills or stains involving liquids such as coffee, milk, alcohol, or bodily fluids (including urine or vomit) on vehicle seats or interior surfaces will result in a mandatory cleaning fee of $150.00. This fee will be charged immediately to the customer responsible for the booking.
